From a young age, Evan Reed felt called to find a way to use his passionate and servant heart. He worked in churches and with students in his late teens until taking a pause to serve in the United States Navy. Combining his spiritual foundation and love for the Lord with his passion and talent for working with teens, Evan returned to his work as a Youth Pastor when he left the Navy. Since then, he has served as a Youth Pastor at multiple churches in Texas, California, and North Carolina, and has worked as a consultant for many more, helping them build their youth programs and better connect to the children in their congregations.

Evan has a unique ability to see the hardships a church is facing, identify these gaps, and find creative ways to fill them. He has a tireless work ethic, and his loving, positive attitude is infectious to anyone in the room. Evan believes that no church has a barrier too great to establish a thriving youth program. The Bible reminds us greatly that children are a Gift from the Lord, and Evan works to ensure that they all feel they have a safe space to be themselves and to feel connected to Him.
