The desire of Youth Ministry Rebuilt is to equip churches with the tools and knowledge to produce vibrant and healthy student ministries. YMR wants to bring these tools into churches, in a personal one-on-one way, in order to help them discover how they can be successful with their own student ministries.

Intentional Interim Student Ministry
Youth Ministry Rebuilt will come in for a designated time and help form a student ministry or help give the existing student ministry a renewed sense of purpose. Included in the plan will be some ways in reaching students who have no idea that Jesus Christ is anything more than a religious figure or a cuss word. YMR will also walk the church through the process of recruiting adult volunteers for the student ministry and giving them the training in order to be successful. YMR will attempt to get the students to a great camp (depending on the time of the year) and one or two student conferences (depending, again, on the time of the year.) YMR will also take the students through some life-changing Bible studies like their position in Christ, how God has forgiven and forgotten their sins, Christ’s last hours here on earth, and on things that each particular group might need in their current journey of life. An entire student ministry will be put into action and
organized around the personality of each particular church. Throughout the time at the church, YMR will pass on all the responsibilities of the student ministry to the adult volunteer team. When the designated time is over, the church will be ready to support itself with a great adult volunteer team that is equipped to run a student ministry or it will have a great adult volunteer team that is equipped to support a youth pastor.

Youth Pastor Rejuventation
The average lifespan of a youth pastor at a church is 18 months, and YMR wants to do whatever it takes to increase this time. YMR can come alongside an existing youth pastor and stand with him in the trenches of student ministry. That may look like just serving him and his family ... to coming alongside him and helping his church discover how to better love their youth minister (this is not as common sense as you might think) ... to being an Aaron to him and hold up his arms in the midst of the battle over the souls of the students he serves.
